The S of RESET is Service.
In service of what? A great question to ponder we prepare for our meditation? Perhaps, in service of peace, or happiness, or maybe just being a little kinder toward ourselves and each other. These are our grounding intentions, but they are not designed to be ours alone.
Today, when you sit for meditation, ask yourself, "In service of what?" When you answer, think of anyone in your life (or the world) who may agree, and wish that they receive it too.
In this small act, collecting our intention and sharing it, we embody the law of "interbeing" — that all things are independently co-arising — and shift away from that lower case self, to a Self that expands beyond the horizons of our imagination.
